I am so grateful for my family and how they help me to be a better mom, wife and person.
I am grateful for awesome friends who drove 11+ hours to join us for Thanksgiving. It was SO fun to spend some time with them and for Anna to have another girl her age to stay up late talking to:-)
I am grateful for the gospel and the joy and happiness it brings me and my family and the knowledge that I can have an eternal family. A couple of weeks ago, my step sister lost her baby. She was roughly 20 weeks along. The baby lived 9 minutes and then pasted away. My heart aches for her and her family, but knows that through the atonement and resurrection of our Savior they can be together forever:-)
I am grateful for life's trails, because without them we/I couldn't grow. This past week my husband was told that he would have a 20% pay decrease (ugh, punch in the stomach) At least he still has a job, right?!?!
I am grateful for the counsel given to, "Be prepared". It has brought great comfort to the both of us this past week, knowing that we are prepared. We know that we will be blessed for our decisions and our desires to be/do good.
There are SO many more things that I am grateful for, but I have to get on to my many tasks of the day (which I am grateful for) :-)
I hope everyone has a wonderful day and will seek out the things that will bring ultimate happiness!

What the??? I can't believe I just saw that:-o
DO NOT continue to read if you want VIRTUE to GARNISH your thoughts....................................................................................................... I am WARNING you.................................................................................................................................................................

Holy Cow!!!! I am SPEECHLESS!!!! Well, I'm not really cause I have A LOT to say about these pictures........First of all who has this big of an ego to be sporting a THONG (holy cow, holy cow, holy cow)

THE STORY: So a couple of weeks ago two of my sister in-laws from UT came for Time out for women (pictures to follow) and we were coming home from church and my one sister in-law (she's SUPER DUPER funny) notices this man in a blue thingy and WHOA, I was ready to honk, but something stopped me from doing so. That would've been even more traumatic for us in the car if we saw the other side:-/

So fast forward a week later and I am driving back from Super Saturday and low and behold he is out AGAIN in a pinkish red thingy....aaaaaaaaaaa, who really does this over and over again???
So on our way home from church yesterday he was out again washing his car? Man this guy is something else....Looks like we will have to take another way home:-)
So my real question to all of you is this...What would you do?? Would you turn these pictures in to the police and tell them that this is "Indecent exposure", or would you give the guy heads up and ask him to clean his cars and pool stuff with a cover-up and that we're not in Europe???

BEAUTIFUL
What a wonderful morning:-) I woke up around 5ish and walked around the house (which was peaceful) waiting for Addison to wake up and realized that it was nice and cool outside. So I started to open up all of the windows and enjoyed the crisp air from mother nature. It was GLORIOUS!!!!! I love this time of year. (I would love it even more if there was color changes) but hey, cooling down is better than nothing. Anyway, I went outside and walked around the front yard and enjoyed the sun rising and all the sounds that morning brings. My head is feeling like it wants to stay on my head, now that picture day is over with....THANK HEAVENS. ( I was in charge of it at the girls school). During breakfast, I made some eggs, bacon and hash browns and Anna says, "I feel like we're camping." She said because the house was cold and the smell of bacon with cold air reminds her of that:-) LOVE IT!!! Well, I hope everyone has a beautiful weekend!!!!

We are MOVING!!!
Now I wish I was saying we are moving to another state that is green and cooler, but I am not:-( But we are staying here in the valley of the never ending summers, which we are happily coming to terms with:-)

We feel SO blessed to have come across this wonderful home! We are extremely excited to be able to have a backyard where the kids can go out and play in...whenever they want....YIPEE!!!! (as my sister in-law would say) Anyway, the neighborhood is awesome! Our neighbors are very friendly and there are a TON of kids in this neighborhood too, which is so different than our current area. It is only 3.5 miles from where we are now. We move September 15th and have A LOT of work to do. Packing is not fun, but am excited to get re-organized:-)

What to blog about....hmmmm??
Well, it is official...I feel drained whenever I think about blogging:-( I think because the last blog that I did where I posted pictures took so long to do, that I am drained just thinking about posting pictures again:-( Anyway, it is sad because I have a ton of pictures of the baby, but haven't downloaded them yet. Soon, I promise (to all the family that has been asking me to).
So a quick update cause that is all I have the energy to do right now.....Addison had her 8 week appointment today and she is 23 1/4 inches long and 11#12oz. Both 75th%. Completely opposite of little mag pie, aka our midget; who btw has never broken her 10th% ever:-) She sleeps 8-8 1/2 hours a night (totally a dream baby), takes several naps a day 2 of them lasting a couple of hours and the afternoon one lasting 3-4 (again...dream baby) She is yummy and I often find the younger girls eating her. I am thinking they have seen me "eating her" saying how yummy she is and they do the same. It is the cutest thing to walk in on. Addison LOVES it! She is cooing a lot and smiling even more!
WE are all so in love with our cute little addition. I truly feel so blessed to have all of these wonderful daughters surrounding me and helping me become a better person ever day. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely days that are aaaaa, how do I say this nicely, forget it, crappy, when there are constant messes, but at the end it is all worth it:-)
Anna has started to babysit...she is only ten, but had been asking me a lot to be able to babysit. I was ten when I started, and so we felt it was okay. She has really grown up A LOT this summer. Really stepping it up being a BIG sister/helper. i.e.: I came home today from taking Addison to her appointment and Anna was cleaning the floors with the Shark mop......AWESOME!!!!! I love that she is seeing how wonderful it is to help with out being asked. She has been doing a lot of this random helping and I am totally grateful to her for that. I think it helps that my wonderful husband at dinner every night will ask the girls what they have done to help me that day.
Anyway, she is not the only one doing random acts of cleaning. Miss Megan is right up there with her big sister......emptying the dishwasher and sweeping. SERIOUSLY people I don't think you all understand what a miracle this all is.......my kids doing things with out being asked, I'm not repeating myself a million times to clean this up or that...I LOVE this summer:-) (even if it is 158 degrees outside)
All said and done, I feel truly blessed to have the little family that God has given me:-)

Free at last:-)
Man I am a free woman for a little more than 24 hours:-) The hubby decided he wanted to go camping and I convinced him to take 4 of the 5 kiddos....woo whoooo!!!!! I don't think he knows what he is getting himself into, but I know he can handle it:-) So, I would update with pictures, but he took the camera with him and I forgot to download the past 4 weeks:-( Oh well, I guess I will go and clean my house and enjoy it being clean for more than 20 minutes:-) I am so excited to have a quiet house too:-) Wish me luck on my quiet weekend!!!

Pure Happiness!!!
Well, a lot has happened in the past week in a half. First, my mom, step dad and little sister came and visited us over Memorial weekend. We had SO much fun visiting and going places with them, staying up late and best of all, playing the Wii as much as possible (thanks mom for bringing it). Especially the girls; they definitely got some VIP treatment:-) We blessed Addison while they were here. Jonathan did an awesome job with that. We had some fantastic ribs that my mom and Chad made:-) And we have enjoyed our first full week off of school....WoooWhoo! We celebrated Megan's 7th birthday also this past Saturday. My husbands youngest sister had her first baby over Memorial day weekend. Congratulations to them...we hear she is a beauty just like her momma:-) Oh and my twiner just had her 5th baby girl June 2nd, 8#10oz. SOOOOO incredibly excited for them she is a ball of yum-y-ness! So here are some pictures of what has been going on:
HOLY COW...I sure do have A LOT of pictures...so be prepared
Addison at 2 weeks
Aunt Kait meeting Addi for the first time:-)
Megan playing theWii (She loved the competition)
At one point while they were playing "Price is Right", theWii asked, would you like to play and she replied, "Why yes I would", like a true contestant...so cute!
Blessing Day!

We were so blessed to have some friends come and be a part of the day as well as the family that was able to come...Thanks everyone!
Cute Addison in the blessing dress that each of the girls have worn. My mom made it when Anna was a baby:-)

My mom is so Awesome when it comes to doing crafts with the kids. She puts a lot of time into these projects and they LOVE doing them with her...Thanks mom:-)

Final outcome...cute little edible flowers!
On Memorial Day we all ventured to the Children's Museum and it was A LOT of fun!
I don't know about any of you, but as a little girl I loved playing grocery store. I was trying to imagine what the girls were thinking as they got to this part of the museum:-)

Then they had this "cooking" area too! I love it! IF I had all the money in the world I would totally set my play room up like a grocery store and kitchen/restaurant.
Like any good cook she washed her hands first....too cute!

I love this picture of Megan.....it makes me smile/laugh:-)

Me and little sis:-)

Megan's 7th SUPER HERO Birthday Celebration!!!!!!!
Addison was also 3 weeks old, no picture though:-(
So earlier that week I asked her what kind of cake she wanted and she informs me that she does not like cake anymore and that she wants a rice crispy cake. Sounds good to me! (I didn't have to heat up the already warm house)
They started off by getting their super powers with popping balloons
Played pass the cryptonite game
Then they made their own super hero masks
Opened presents up
Then made their very own super hero pizzas

While waiting for the pizzas to bake and for Jonathan to tie up the pinata, she got into one of her presents and had some fun!!
Did the pinata!!!!!!
Ate the pizza
